Smart analytics: maps, views and more

Making data actionable is a core tenet of how Rally works. And now, Rally’s analytics dashboard makes it even easier to run smarter, higher-impact relational programs at scale.

Analytics V2 includes three new features: maps, mobilizer profiles, and views; each of which unlocks more relational organizing power to build stronger, deeper relationships and powerful movements that win.

Maps

For the first time ever, we’re making relational maps available to everyone – right out of the box! So your campaign can see where your network is growing in real time – and calibrate your program to steer it into pockets of opportunity where relational is uniquely influential.

We often talk about motivating your relational program participants by asking them to “fill in the map” – in other words, think through their networks in a geographically strategic way. And now for the first time, you and your team can visualize, locate, and steer where your message is reaching.

Views

Within the Rally Admin you can now create & save views of mobilizers & contacts. A View is a saved set of filters for looking at a subsection of your mobilizers or contacts. Views are dynamic, meaning that they continuously update as mobilizers’ and contacts’ attributes shift.

You might use views to:

  • Assign an organizer to be responsible for mobilizers who live in a certain district or match a certain tag

  • Pull a list of all Mobilizers who haven’t been active in the last 7 days

  • Create a list of mobilizers who have more than 5 high-priority contacts so you can focus your follow-up on the folks with the potential to make the biggest impact

Mobilizer Profiles

When you click on a Mobilizer’s name, you can now see a map of the contacts they’ve added to your campaign and the same high level stats you’d find on the Analytics page – drilled down to only the contacts that mobilizer is rallying. You’ll also find a breakdown of the Mobilizer’s activity and their most recent timeline events in Rally, giving you a greater understanding of how they’re using Rally and what they’ve been up to most recently.

These new features will take your relational program to the next level. They’re part of Relentless’ “Relational 2.0” approach as we head into 2024, when relational organizing will be the difference between winning and losing elections across the country.

We’d love to talk to you about your relational program and show you Rally. Sign up for a demo below!
